From Yoga to Cycling, Granite Health & Fitness has a class to fit your needs. We offer a wide selection of fitness activities in our high quality environment.

MIND & BODY

All Levels Yoga

Bringing focus to the mind and the body. Classes will use yoga postures and stretches to increase flexibility, strength, and balance.

Pilates Plus

Take your Pilates practice to a new level with balls, bands, weights and more. Classic Pilates moves will take on a unique twist and a new challenge as tools are incorporated in this class. All levels are welcome.

Pilates

A fantastic form of mind-body exercise that is focused on the entire body. You can strengthen and condition abs, backs, and legs. Also, improves posture, flexibility, and balance

HardCORE

HardCORE is all about strength training and core conditioning for people who want to achieve sculpted abdominals, increased core strength and greater stability!  It’s the perfect fusion of strength building and powerful movements designed to transform the body.  It includes modifications so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge the more advanced, ensuring that whatever level you are at – you’ll get results.  This is a class unlike anything you’ve ever done!  In order to get the most out of this class, it is recommended that you have a base level of core conditioning.

Power Yoga

 Literally transform your body and your mind in this physically challenging workout. Power yoga is guaranteed to make you sweat and lead you on a journey to discover your authentic self. Based on the principles of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, this class will change the way you think about yoga! All levels are welcome.

Yoga HEAT

Using the heat of the room and energy from the breath, Yoga HEAT promises a vigorous class designed to burn calories, build strength, and increase flexibility. Expect to flow seamlessly from pose to pose with sun salutations and principles of alignment. Some yoga experience helpful but not required.

Yoga Stretch

This class will focus on poses to increase your flexibility, develop core muscles, and enhance your overall performance in cycling, running, golf, or whatever sport you love. Perfect for the fine tuned athlete or the weekend warrior.

Yoga Core

After an energizing warm up, expect yoga exercises which strenghten the entire core, from the thighs through the butt, abs and back, into the shoulders and arms.  Personal needs are met while each class unfolds in a unique and fun way!

Yoga

Expect to start your day with an uplifting, energizing and dynamic approach to stretching, strengthening and balancing.  Each member will be empowered to express their needs and intentions.  Enjoy personalized attention and modifications for a variety of levels and health/fitness concerns. Complete the practice with a meditative relaxation to help set the mind & body for being more calm and centered.

Les Mills BodyPump™

This class is the original barbell workout that strengthens your entire body.  This 60 minute program challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls.  Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – fast!

Les Mills BodyCombat™

BodyCombat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed!  This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.  Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you will punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness!

Zumba®

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness class that will blow you away!

R.I.P.P.E.D.

If you are ready to unleash the power within, transform your body, mind and life, get ready for RIPPED – the one stop body shock! RIPPED uses resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics and endurance – this class will get you results!

Turbo Kick™

This class is packed with contagious energy and non-stop kickboxing moves. The punches will tone up your arms and back, and the kicks will strengthen your legs. All the cardio is an added bonus. It’s addictive!

RopeBurn

RopeBurn is an all levels class incorporating interval training, jump rope training, and strength training.  It allows participants to work at whatever fitness level they are currently at – and work to improve that level.  Alternating 3 minute jump rope intervals with 2 minute strength intervals, it is designed to burn loads of calories, improve bone density, strength, muscle endurance and tone, as well as give participants a workout option they can take ANYWHERE!

H.E.A.T.

High Energy Athletic Training!  This class will be a surprise every time. Using everything from the bench to the barbell to traditional dumbbells you will never know what’s coming, but expect some great plyometric cardio bursts and strength training drills to challenge you like the athlete you are, burn loads of calories, and improve both your muscular strength & endurance!

Cardio Remix

A great blend of low-impact aerobics, toning with the ball and band, plus core strength. This class will “sizzle” with energy. Great for every fitness level.

Step Interval

Mix it up and intensify your workout with intervals of STEP aerobics combined with body sculpting that will re-shape your entire body!

Circuit, Circuit

Get energized with this fast-paced, non-stop workout! This class alternates intervals of fat-burning aerobics (low impact) and concentrated toning segments, a sure way of increasing strength & endurance! Work at your own level and at the end of every class, enjoy a well-deserved full body stretch.

LIFT

LIFT is a class designed to strengthen the entire body while burning calories and getting the heart rate up!  This class will change every week and use various types of equipment, so prepare for a surprise each week.

Bootcamp

You can command Power, Strength, and Agility with this military inspired circuit workout that will pushy you to your own personal limits.  As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch, box and more – ensuring a full body workout!  In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated!

Active & Ageless

A floor aerobics class for active seniors or anyone who may need modifications due to medical conditions. Class includes cardio, strength, and flexibility training.

Adrenaline

Be ready for the workout that will surprise you every time!  Using a wide variety of equipment, we will motivate you through a great workout that will keep your body guessing!

Silver Fit Cardio Circuit

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Expect upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball alternated with non-impact aerobics.

Silver Fit Functional Fitness & Strength

Have fun and move through the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Fit Yoga Stretch

Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion.  Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Come pedal with us! All classes are guaranteed to get your blood pumping and sweat dripping! Enjoy a variety of endurance drills, hill drills, and sprint drills. Be sure to let the instructor know if you are new so we can help you get comfortable on the bike.

Aqua Works

Come get wet and get fit in this great water aerobics class. The aqua works class will provide a great low-impact cardio workout as well as some strength and toning using aqua dumbbells and aqua noodles.

GATORS

Granite Adult Triathlete or Recreational Swimmers!  Enjoy getting a great workout in the pool, working on your stroke efficiency, and improving your fitness level.  All levels welcome – whether you are striving for a new PR or just looking to jump into the pool for the first time!  Just show up and choose what level of workout you would like to do for the day, and Krista will get you going on a beginner, intermediate or advanced level swimming.
