MIND & BODY

Yoga Flow Fundamentals

A comprehensive basic yoga practice including Sun
Salutations and Standing Poses with detailed and individual instruction. Get 
comfortable with your new yoga practice or deepen and expand your established 
practice. No experience needed. All levels welcome.

Pilates Plus

Take your Pilates practice to a new level with balls, bands, weights and more. Classic Pilates moves will take on a unique twist and a new challenge as tools are incorporated in this class. All levels are welcome.

HardCORE

HardCORE is all about strength training and core conditioning for people who want to achieve sculpted abdominals, increased core strength and greater stability!  It’s the perfect fusion of strength building and powerful movements designed to transform the body.  It includes modifications so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge the more advanced, ensuring that whatever level you are at – you’ll get results.  This is a class unlike anything you’ve ever done!  In order to get the most out of this class, it is recommended that you have a base level of core conditioning.

Power Yoga

Literally transform your body and your mind in this physically challenging 
workout. Power yoga is guaranteed to make you sweat and lead you on a journey 
to strengthen your body and clear your mind. This class will change the way 
you think about yoga and infuse your day with energy!

Yoga Stretch

This class will include basic flow sequences and poses to increase your 
flexibility, develop core muscles, and enhance your overall performance and 
stamina in daily life or whatever sport you love. A perfect Mind/Body workout 
to finish your weekend and start a new week with positive energy.

FitAlign

Breathe your way into good posture through practical, natural movement and bio-mechanically sound alignment doing pain free exercises with a focus on inner core strength, joint stability and balance. Discover the joy of movement! Fluid dynamic stretching, range of motion exercises, isometrics, shaking and self-massage are practiced in every class to gain mobility and functional flexibility.

Chisel Barre

Experience the workout worlds hottest new phenomenon, a total body workout at the Barre.
Granite’s “Chisel Barre” is a challenging workout designed to target your entire body. Dance inspired movements lift and tighten your arms and legs. Fat burning interval training will blast your butt and gut for a sculpted physique, without stress to your joints. Gentle stretches will increase flexibly and improve posture giving your body the long, lean look of a dancer. Using the Ballet Barre, your own body weight and light free weights, Chisel Barre will transform your body from top to toe. Cardio Remix

A great blend of low-impact aerobics, toning with the ball and band, plus core strength. This class will “sizzle” with energy. Great for every fitness level.

Step Interval

Mix it up and intensify your workout with intervals of STEP aerobics combined with body sculpting that will re-shape your entire body!

Circuit, Circuit

Get energized with this fast-paced, non-stop workout! This class alternates intervals of fat-burning aerobics (low impact) and concentrated toning segments, a sure way of increasing strength & endurance! Work at your own level and at the end of every class, enjoy a well-deserved full body stretch.

LIFT

LIFT is a class designed to strengthen the entire body while burning calories and getting the heart rate up!  This class will change every week and use various types of equipment, so prepare for a surprise each week.

Tabata 20:10

Tabata intervals are structured intervals that include a 20-second high-intensity anaerobic work interval followed by a 10-second rest. In a creative twist on Tabata, this workout will be a total body workout including higher intensity intervals with lower intensity intervals. This workout will offer several levels of each exercise to make sure the class is for every fitness level from beginner to advanced. Active & Ageless

A floor aerobics class for active seniors or anyone who may need modifications due to medical conditions. Class includes cardio, strength, and flexibility training.

Adrenaline

Be ready for the workout that will surprise you every time!  Using a wide variety of equipment, we will motivate you through a great workout that will keep your body guessing!

Silver Fit Cardio Circuit

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Expect upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball alternated with non-impact aerobics.

Silver Fit Functional Fitness & Strength

Have fun and move through the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Fit Yoga Stretch

Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion.  Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Aqua Works

Come get wet and get fit in this great water aerobics class. The aqua works class will provide a great low-impact cardio workout as well as some strength and toning using aqua dumbbells and aqua noodles.

GATORS

Granite Adult Triathlete or Recreational Swimmers!  Enjoy getting a great workout in the pool, working on your stroke efficiency, and improving your fitness level.  All levels welcome – whether you are striving for a new PR or just looking to jump into the pool for the first time!  Just show up and choose what level of workout you would like to do for the day, and Krista will get you going on a beginner, intermediate or advanced level swimming.

GRANITE HEIGHTS
