MIND & BODY

Les Mills BodyFlow

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ is for you!

Based on cutting-edge scientific research, CXWORX™ really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

HardCORE

HardCORE is all about strength training and core conditioning for people who want to achieve sculpted abdominals, increased core strength and greater stability!  It’s the perfect fusion of strength building and powerful movements designed to transform the body.  It includes modifications so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge the more advanced, ensuring that whatever level you are at – you’ll get results.  This is a class unlike anything you’ve ever done!  In order to get the most out of this class, it is recommended that you have a base level of core conditioning.

Pilates Plus

Take your Pilates practice to a new level with balls, bands, weights and more. Classic Pilates moves will take on a unique twist and a new challenge as tools are incorporated in this class. All levels are welcome.

Power Yoga

Literally transform your body and your mind in this physically challenging workout. Power yoga is guaranteed to make you sweat and lead you on a journey to strengthen your body and clear your mind. This class will change the way you think about yoga and infuse your day with energy!

FitAlign

Breathe your way into good posture through practical, natural movement and bio-mechanically sound alignment doing pain free exercises with a focus on inner core strength, joint stability and balance. Discover the joy of movement! Fluid dynamic stretching, range of motion exercises, isometrics, shaking and self-massage are practiced in every class to gain mobility and functional flexibility.

Yoga Flow Fundamentals

A comprehensive basic yoga practice including Sun Salutations and Standing Poses with detailed and individual instruction. Get comfortable with your new yoga practice or deepen and expand your established practice. No experience needed. All levels welcome.

Yoga Stretch

This class will include basic flow sequences and poses to increase your flexibility, develop core muscles, and enhance your overall performance and stamina in daily life or whatever sport you love. A perfect Mind/Body workout to finish your weekend and start a new week with positive energy.

Sculpt

Les Mills BodyJam™

BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center, and get high on the feeling of dance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYJAM™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography. A floor aerobics class for active seniors or anyone who may need modifications due to medical conditions. Class includes cardio, strength, and flexibility training.

Boot Camp

You can command Power, Strength, and Agility with this military inspired circuit workout that will pushy you to your own personal limits.  As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch, box and more – ensuring a full body workout!  In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated!

H.E.A.T.

High Energy Athletic Training!  This class will be a surprise every time. Using everything from the bench to the barbell to traditional dumbbells you will never know what’s coming, but expect some great plyometric cardio bursts and strength training drills to challenge you like the athlete you are, burn loads of calories, and improve both your muscular strength & endurance!

Lean Burn

Step Interval & Core

“Step” into this fast-paced interval class that will get your heart pumping & keep your muscles challenged. The last 1/2 of class you will engage in concentrated CORE work to tighten & tone abdominals and back.

Turbo Kick™

Silver Fit Cardio Circuit

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Expect upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball alternated with non-impact aerobics.

Silver Fit Functional Fitness & Strength

Have fun and move through the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Fit Yoga Stretch

Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion.  Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
