You can also enjoy additional savings by prepaying your membership for one, two or three years. On the other hand, if you’d like to just pay month-to-month, that’s fine, too. At Granite, we try to be flexible to work with what is best for you.
Granite Health & Fitness has also partnered with many of the large businesses in the Billings area to offer their employees fitness club discounts. If you are an employee of one of Granite’s corporate partners you will be entitled to further discounts. Call or ask if you qualify when you sign up.
Day passes are available as well, and if a member would like to bring a friend, day passes are discounted.

CLUB POLICIES

Check-in Procedures
• All members, guests, and extra program participants must check in at the front desk.
Guest Policy
• Members may bring a guest at any time for a discounted fee of $10.00 per visit (regular guest fee is $15.00). Member must accompany guest.
• The same policies apply to guests as to members. Members are responsible for the actions of their guests. Guests must sign the Guest Register at the front desk.
• GHF offers a Reciprocal Use Program. IHRSA (an international health club usage program) offers discounted fees. Members may obtain an IHRSA Passport and more information at the front desk. Temporary members are not eligible for reciprocal benefit.
Health and Fitness Attire
• Comfortable workout wear is acceptable; however, because of our concern for personal hygiene, we consider appropriate gym attire as t-shirts, shorts, or sweats.
• T-shirt and clean athletic shoes must be worn at all times in the building, except while practicing in the yoga room or when using the aquatic area. Only non-marking athletic shoes that have not been worn outside may be worn in the Group Fitness Studio.
• No Sandals or open-toed shoes allowed in any work-out areas.
Exercise Areas
• Please ask staff for assistance if you are unsure of proper equipment use.
• Re-rack all weights after each use.
• Zero tolerance for abuse of equipment or property. Abuse of equipment or property will result in termination of membership privileges. “Abuse of equipment” includes, but is not limited to: dropping or banging of dumbbells, barbells, or selectorized equipment; misuse of cardiovascular equipment, and /or vandalism of any kind to any equipment or property.
• Please wipe off all equipment after use.
• No children under the age of 15 years old are allowed on any weight/cardio equipment, except as specified under Children’s Policies (see below).
• No children or visitors are allowed to wait in the cardio or weight equipment areas. They will be directed to the play area.
Lockers
• Electronic lockers, and large lockers not leased, are available for daily use at no charge. Private lockers are available for rent. All rental lockers are paid one year in advance.
• Locks to use while you’re in the gym are available for free at the front desk. Day locks must be removed when you leave the club. Any locks left on lockers will be cut off and the contents removed.
• No cell phone use is allowed in the locker rooms.
• Please return all towels to the towel drop located just outside of the locker rooms.
• No shaving or personal hygiene care permitted, except in sink area or showers.
• GHF is not responsible for articles lost or stolen in the facility or on club property.
PLEASE LOCK UP YOUR VALUABLES OR DON’T BRING THEM TO THE CLUB.
Anti-Harassment Policy
• GHF strictly enforces an anti-harassment policy with its membership, guests, employees, and extra program participants. Our goal is to provide an environment free from tensions created by nonworking-related conduct, including ethnic, racial, sexual or religious remarks, animosity, unwelcome sexual advances, or requests for sexual favors or other such conduct. Harassment includes, without limitation, verbal harassment (epithets, derogatory statements, slurs), physical harassment (assault, physical interference with normal work or involvement), visual harassment (posters, cartoons, drawings), and innuendo. Violation of this conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
Drugs, Tobacco, Firearms
• The distribution, use or being under the influence of illegal drugs (including steroids) in any form, are prohibited and will result in membership termination.
• Smoking, or the use of tobacco in any form, is not allowed in the gym, or outside on GHF property.
• Firearms/weapons are prohibited on GHF property unless previously authorized by management.
Children’s Policies
• Must be 15 years of age to use the fitness floor without adult supervision. Children ages 10-14 may use the fitness floor with an adult during the following hours only:
Mon-Fri, 2:00pm - 4:30pm and 7:00pm - 10:00pm
Sat-Sun, Noon - 8:00pm.
• Must be at least 15 years old to participate in classes (except Family Yoga or designated kids classes).
• Children may use the gym during open court times.
• Guests under the age of 15 must have someone age 18+ sign the guest waiver.
• State law prohibits use of the spa by children under the age of 5.
• Children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision in the pool.
• Children 6 years and older are NOT allowed in opposite sex locker rooms. There is an optional changing room in the Kid’s Club bathroom.
• Children who are still in school can stay on a family membership through the age of 23 years. Upon their 24th birthday, they will be moved to a single membership with monthly dues set at the single membership rate
Lost & Found
• All found items will be dated and held at the front desk for 4 weeks.
• Please call as soon as possible and report missing items.
• After a 4 week period, all found items will be donated to a local charity.
Facility Maintenance
• On occasion, an area or multiple areas of the gym may be closed for maintenance.
• Equipment may be unavailable or areas closed for repair. It is our policy to provide a safe environment for membership.
Termination of Membership
• We hope you never leave, but if you decide to go, you must give 30-days written notice to the Business Office prior to resignation from Granite Health & Fitness.
