All-Levels Yoga: Bringing focus to the mind and the body. Classes will use yoga postures and stretches to increase flexibility, strength, and balance.
Yoga Flow: Postures linked together in a flowing pattern. Designed to bring a little “heat” to the muscles.
Kids Yoga: Introduce the benefits of yoga to your children. Very defined and animated postures add to the fun for kids.
Mat Pilates: A fantastic form of mind-body exercise that is focused on the entire body. You can strengthen and condition abs, backs, and legs. Also, improves posture, flexibility, and balance.
Pilates Plus: Take your Pilates practice to a new level with balls, bands, weights and more. Classic Pilates moves will take on a unique twist and a new challenge as tools are incorporated in this class. All levels are welcome.
Pilates Rings and Rollers: Pilates rings and rollers are versatile accessories that add both intensity and variety to mat classes. Foam rollers take advantage of the deep core muscles of both the back and abdomen by taking away the stable surface, leading to enhanced strength and balance. Pilates rings facilitate a deeper connection to the core muscles.
PiYo: A unique blend of pilates and yoga, this class will help tone the body, stretch the muscles, and recharge the mind. Using poses and exercises from both disciplines, it is the best of both worlds. All levels welcome.
Power Yoga: Literally transform your body and your mind in this physically challenging workout. Power yoga is guaranteed to make you sweat and lead you on a journey to discover your authentic self. Based on the principles of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, this class will change the way you think about yoga! All levels are welcome.
Yoga HEAT: Using the heat of the room and energy from the breath, Yoga HEAT promises a vigorous class designed to burn calories, build strength, and increase flexibility. Expect to flow seamlessly from pose to pose with sun salutations and principles of alignment. Some yoga experience helpful but not required.
Private Yoga Parties: Enjoy yoga with a small group of friends, family or co-workers with an instructor of your choice. Reserve the room at the front desk.
Yoga Stretch: This new class will focus on poses to increase your flexibility, develop core muscles, and enhance your overall performance in cycling, running, golf, or whatever sport you love. Perfect for the fine tuned athlete or the weekend warrior. Come "get stretchy with Fletchy!"
Active & Ageless: A floor aerobics class for active seniors or anyone who may need modifications due to medical conditions. Class includes cardio, strength, and flexibility training.
Adrenaline: Like bootcamp but better! High-intensity cardio drills are combined with intervals of strength training and exercises for functional fitness. Come prepared to use any of our equipment and get your sweat on!
Body Pump: This class is the original barbell workout that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute program challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
Cardio Remix: A great blend of low-impact aerobics, toning with the ball and band, plus core strength. This class will "sizzle" with energy. Great for every fitness level.
Circuit, Circuit: Get energized with this fast-paced, non-stop workout! This class alternates intervals of fat-burning aerobics (low impact) and concentrated toning segments, a sure way of increasing strength & endurance! Work at your own level and at the end of every class, enjoy a well-deserved full body stretch.
HEAT - High Energy Athletic Training: This class will be a surprise every time. Using everything from the step to medicine balls to traditional dumbbells you will never know what’s coming, but expect some great cardio and strength training drills.
Interval Step & Sculpt: Mix it up and intensify your workout with intervals of STEP aerobics combined with body sculpting that will re-shape your entire body!
RIPPED: If you are ready to unleash the power within, transform your body, mind and life, get ready for RIPPED. The one stop body shock. RIPPED isn't the average workout class! Using resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics and endurance, this class will get you results!
SilverSneakers® MSROM (Muscular Strength & Range of Motion): Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
TKB - Turbo Kick Boxing: Don’t let the name scare you away! This class is packed with contagious energy and non-stop kickboxing moves. The punches will tone up your arms and back, and the kicks will strengthen your legs. All the cardio is an added bonus. It’s addictive!
Zumba® : The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Cycling: Come pedal with us! All classes are guaranteed to get your blood pumping and sweat dripping! Enjoy a variety of endurance drills, hill drills, and sprint drills. Be sure to let the instructor know if you are new so we can help you get comfortable on the bike.

Adult Lap Swim: Get in the water and swim, baby. Designated times for lap swimming only.
Aqua Works: Come get wet and get fit in this great water aerobics class. The aqua works class will provide a great low-impact cardio workout as well as some strength and toning using aqua dumbbells and aqua noodles.
Family/Recreational Swim: A fun time to splash with the family. Enjoy yourself.
Parent & Child: This class is a chance for the parent and child (6 mos - 3 yrs) to get into the water together in a group setting. This group lesson introduces the child to floating, kicking and becoming familiar with the water in a fun and comfortable environment.
Swim Lessons: Swim lessons taught year round by certified instructors. Lessons will be available for Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels. All classes will be kept small to ensure individual attention for each child.
Water Walking: This one's fairly self-explanatory, 'eh?
Sport Specific Programs: If there is a sport that you or your group has an interest in and you'd like some specific instruction, we can design a program for you. Focus can very from strength to speed to agility, and everywhere in between.
SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit: Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
