Summer Swim Sessions

Price: $52 members / $70 non-members

Level 1: Focus on Introduction to Water Skills and Swimming Fundamental

This class is designed for the beginner up to those who can float on stomach and back comfortably. Children will learn basic water safety skills as well as begin to develop stroke skills.

Level 2: Stroke Development, Stroke Improvement

This class is designed for the more advanced swimmer who is ready to improve their stroke technique. Front crawl, back crawl, and dolphin kick will be introduced as children are ready.

Level 3

: Stroke Refinement and Skill Proficiency
*instructor will test children on the first day to assure proper placement*
Students will continue to develop the front crawl, back crawl, and be introduced to breaststroke and butterfly. Students will learn to swim with ease, efficiency, and power. Lap swimming will be used. This class is a great way to prepare for swim team. Introductory water rescues will also be taught.

Running Club

The Granite Running Club is off and running! Runners meet Tues/Thurs @ 5:30 p.m., and Sat 8 a.m. in the Granite Foyer.
Runs vary in length with three different levels to choose from! Join us today!!

Speed Freakz Summer Session!

Summer Session June 14th - July 23rd

 Beginner Speed Freakz Sessions Ages 12 and up, boys and girls
T/Th 9-10:30am   $190 members/$210 non-members
This session is for athletes who are new to Speed Freakz.

Advanced Speed Freakz Sessions   Ages 12 and up, boys and girls
M/W/F 9-10:30am   $240 members/ $260 non-members
This session is for athletes who have participated in Speed Freakz before or have more experience in their sport.

Groups will be limited to 12 athletes.

This program is designed to maximize athletic performance in athletes of all ages, gender, and skill level. Focus will be on running technique, speed, power, agility, and core strength.

Just for Kicks, Kids Soccer Program July Summer Session

Just for Kicks
A developmental soccer program for children ages 3-12, both boys and girls. Through this beginning soccer experience kids will get a jump start on basic soccer techniques and skills. Kids will work on dribbling, passing, and receiving as well as play small games to practice their new skills. Each child will need to bring their own soccer ball.

July Summer Session

Cost: $25 Member / $35 Non-Member  

July Class will begin Tuesday July 13th - July 22nd   
 

pre-registration is required. This will be a 2 week session.

Practice both T/Th at 10:15-11:00am for 3-5yr. olds.   Practice both T/Th at 9:00-10:00am for 6-8 yr. olds.
