Running Club

The Granite Running Club is off and running! Runners meet Tues/Thurs @ 5:45 p.m., and Sat 8 a.m. in the Granite Foyer.
Runs vary in length with three different levels to choose from! Join us today!!

Learn to Run
Beginners'  Running Class will begin April 12th, Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45pm.
12 sessions for $108
This will be a progressive program geared toward beginners or those looking to start running again.
Class will focus on gradually building up mileage, sport-specific strength training, stretching and more.
Lindsay Robinson, GHF personal trainer will be hosting the class.  She can be contacted at 855-1805.

Hula Hooping Class
Come try a free Hula Hooping class March 17th at 4:15pm at Granite.
This class is open to kids and adults and is sure to bring a smile to your face.

Speed Freakz Spring Session!!

...Spring Session   March 8th - April 10th 
Ages 12 and up
 T/Th 4-5:30pm and Sat 9-10:30am   $220 members/ $260 non-members

This program is designed to maximize athletic performance in athletes of all ages, gender, and skill level. Focus will be on running technique, speed, power, agility, and core strength. We will have two trainers. Athletes will be split into two different age groups for maximum attention.

Endurance Cycle Rides
Starting Sunday Feb 7th at 7:15am at Granite

We will be riding at least an 1 1/2 hrs on Sunday morning.  These will be training rides to prepare you for any upcoming spring races or just to challenge your regular workout!  Come and join us!

Just for Kicks, Kids Soccer Program

Just for Kicks
A developmental soccer program for children ages 3-5, both boys and girls. Through this beginning soccer experience kids will get a jump start on basic soccer techniques and skills. Kids will work on dribbling, passing, and receiving as well as play small games to practice their new skills. Each child will need to bring their own size 4 soccer ball.

New Session!!!!!!!!

Cost: $40 Member / $50 Non-Member
Class will officially start March 9th , pre-registration is required. This will be a 3 week session with practice both Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30-11:15am.
